Located in the heart of Manhattan’s Lower East Side, Boots Studio is a private fourth-floor training studio overlooking the cityscape. Designed for personalized, focused one-on-one coaching, the studio is fully equipped to support everything from mobility work to power training—featuring a cable machine, free weights, kettlebells, a slam wall, battle ropes, pull-up bar, resistance bands, bench, Smith machine, plyobox, and free barbell.

When you train with Coach Kat, your support doesn’t end when your session does. Clients receive ongoing coaching support through the Boots Studio app, allowing Kat to guide workouts throughout the week or while traveling, answer form and technique questions, provide accountability, and offer practical nutrition guidance—whether at home or eating out.

At Boots Studio, Kat delivers an elevated, distraction-free environment where clients learn proper lifting technique, build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate confidence—both physically and mentally. Whether your goal is overall fitness, performance, or athletic development, each program is intentionally designed to support long-term progress with expert guidance every step of the way.
